Fitch Ratings seeks a Lead Software Engineer for its Innovation Tiger Team. You will build greenfield agentic systems and intelligent platforms for financial analysis. The work combines enterprise applications, AI experimentation, architecture, technical leadership, and production delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect net-new agentic systems and intelligent platforms
  • Explore generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows
  • Define technical vision, standards, and technology choices
  • Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional technical solutions
  • Implement CI/CD while solving novel production challenges

Requirements:

  • 15+ years building enterprise applications or AI/ML systems
  • Java, Spring Boot, and React experience highly valued
  • Proven scalable architecture and greenfield design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Leadership, experimentation, communication, and collaboration experience
