Lead Full Stack Engineer

In this hybrid role you will own architecture and technical direction for core systems while remaining hands-on in production code. You will lead and mentor engineers, fostering a high-performing engineering culture as the team scales. You’ll move from embedding in the codebase to shaping the engineering function and removing scaling bottlenecks. This position enables you to directly contribute to the clean energy transition by building robust, data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical outcomes with product goals and company mission.

• Own architecture and technical direction across core systems to enable scalable platform growth

• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript experience across frontend and backend
• Solid product engineering mindset and ability to own problems end-to-end
• Experience with API design and relational databases
