Lead Full Stack Engineer Golang React API

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on full stack software engineering experience with Golang, React, REST APIs, and GCP and/or AWS
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and IaC tools such as Terraform
• Experience working on highly available, critical systems
• Comfortable running projects, providing technical guidance and mentoring, and collaborating across teams
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily tasks to increase efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, data-intensive applications that process large volumes of music and audience data
• Guide a small, multidisciplinary team while defining technical direction
• Remain hands-on in architecture, coding, and technical decision making
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Ensure delivery of secure, high-performance software
• Champion modern engineering practices and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality
• Contribute to the teams growth and progression toward an Engineering Management role
