Key Responsibilities: • Evolve quickstart templates and shared engineering components • Define engineering standards, best practices, and guardrails • Improve onboarding and developer experience initiatives • Implement static code analysis and quality gates • Lead the Center for Enablement engineering team
Requirements: • Background in platform engineering with cloud experience • Strong knowledge of tools like SonarCloud and Datadog • Experience building internal developer platforms • Proven track record leading enablement teams • Ability to collaborate with product teams effectively
