GlobalLogic seeks a Lead AI Engineer to develop maintainable AI products and shape technical direction. You will build LLM pipelines, Agentic, MCP, and Graph/RAG architectures with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Amazon Bedrock. The work includes cloud-native delivery, experimentation, and collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and domain experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of AI products, pilots, and solutions
  • Design scalable Gen AI and LLM architectures
  • Implement AWS solutions using EKS, Lambda, and Fargate
  • Optimize performance and monitor operational metrics
  • Own delivery through Agile timelines and milestones

Requirements:

  • Six-plus years of progressive engineering experience
  • One to two years leading AI or emerging initiatives
  • Python, React, AWS, and containerized deployment experience
  • Knowledge of GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA models
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
