Lead Integrator, AI Transformation

As Lead Integrator, AI Transformation, you will drive AI-enabled changes across lending journeys in Business & Commercial Banking. You’ll bridge business, product and technology to accelerate delivery, reduce complexity and improve outcomes for customers and colleagues. The role focuses on embedding AI capabilities into customer journeys and transforming delivery models to support scalable, digital-first lending. You will lead cross-functional delivery, pilot AI initiatives and ensure commercial value is achieved. This is a high-visibility leadership role shaping strategic transformation at scale.

• Lead the integration and execution of AI-enabled transformation initiatives across lending journeys
• Shape adoption of AI capabilities to deliver measurable value
• Coordinate work across platforms and teams to accelerate high-value outcomes
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects and business collaborators to prioritise and deliver AI opportunities
• Maintain a product-focused approach, challenge priorities, and ensure investment aligns with outcomes
• Lead experimentation and pilots to validate AI opportunities and speed up adoption
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve software delivery and operating models
• Influence senior leaders to align on strategic transformation priorities

• Proven experience leading complex business and technology transformation in financial services or large-scale digital organisations
• Experience applying AI, automation or emerging tech to improve delivery, journeys or productivity
• Strong product mindset with ability to translate strategy into prioritised outcomes and value
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across business, product and engineering teams
• Ability to operate across business, product and technology domains with credibility
• Exceptional influencing and collaborator management skills for senior stakeholders
