Lead Internal Product Developer — Hands-On Automation & Data

Interface Recruitment is seeking a Lead Internal Product Developer for a hands-on leadership role to transform our technology stack. You will design and deploy integrations, automate processes and deliver working software that drives business value.

Reporting to the CTO, you will line-manage a database developer initially and work with stakeholders across retail, ERP and data warehousing to enable self-serve analytics and better commercial decisions in a dynamic service-sector environment.
