Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, modern frontend technologies, and cloud platforms, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring skills.

The candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring best practices in coding, security, performance, and application design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Define technical solutions, application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Implement automated unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
• Integrate applications with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Ensure application security, code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills

Java: Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java 8+, Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Exception Handling, and JVM fundamentals.

Backend : Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.

Microservices: Experience designing and developing distributed applications and microservices.

Frontend: Hands-on experience with Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

APIs: Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs; knowledge of API security and integration patterns.

Databases: Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL; knowledge of query optimization.

Messaging: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.

Cloud: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.

DevOps: Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes. xhqgsiq

Testing: Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing practices.
