This senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst guides an agile pod while designing resilient, scalable systems. The work combines hands-on Java engineering, technical mentorship, architectural governance, Kafka event streaming, and modern AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cloud-native microservices design and delivery using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect Kafka event-driven systems and secure RESTful APIs
  • Mentor engineers, review code, and enforce engineering standards
  • Plan sprints, allocate work, and assess technical risks
  • Guide continuous improvement with testing and AI developer tools

Requirements:

  • Six to ten years of software engineering experience
  • Deep Java 17 or Java 21 hands-on expertise

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift
