As Lead Software Engineer in Wholesale Payments, FX Payments Tech, you design and deliver secure, scalable tech products that power global transactions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive critical solutions aligned with business objectives and help shape the team’s culture through innovation and inclusion. You’ll lead technical initiatives, improve operational stability, and empower delivery with secure production code and automation. • Design, develop and troubleshoot software solutions
• Produce secure, high-quality production code and review peers' code
• Automate remediation of recurring issues to improve stability
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams on architecture and credentials

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, including CI/CD, resilience, and security
• Experience with cloud-native environments
• Experience in financial services IT systems
