Succession AI is hiring as its first M&A Advisor to lead end-to-end deals and build the advisory function in a fast-growing, AI-native firm based in Toronto. You will own the deal lifecycle, from origination through close, while shaping how AI augments valuation, CIM prep, and buyer sourcing.

You will drive relationships with founders, manage complex negotiations, and scale the playbook as the team grows in North America.
