Lead Machining Engineer & Subtractive Tech Innovator

GKN Aerospace seeks a Principal Research Engineer to lead as Work Stream Lead for Subtractive Technology (Machining) at the Global Technology Centre in Bristol. Hybrid work pattern offered. The role requires leading teams, managing budgets, schedules and risk, and delivering machining innovations to sites.

You will be a subject matter expert in subtractive manufacturing, with strong industrial machining experience and chartered engineering credentials. Masters or PhD preferred.
