Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end manufacturing performance analytics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. You will partner with manufacturing teams to transform operational and financial data into actionable insights, shaping reporting processes and analytics capabilities. You will design and govern data models and dashboards that inform operational excellence at scale. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact through data.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end manufacturing performance analytics
  • Design, build, and maintain data models
  • Develop and maintain executive Power BI dashboards
  • Administer Power BI Service and Apps
  • Automate data preparation processes and recurring reports
  • Ensure data quality, reconciliation, governance, and documentation
  • Design and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines
  • Act as analytical partner to manufacturing and operations teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes
  • Report into the Manufacturing organization

Key requirements
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of data science and analytics
  • Experience extracting data from SAP BI (HSIMS), SAP Queries, and SAP HANA
  • Understanding of SAP data structures for production, quality, finance, and controlling
  • Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics data models and cubes
  • Advanced Power BI Desktop reporting
  • Strong DAX capabilities
  • Expert Power Query (M) for data extraction and shaping
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, structured tables, and VBA
  • Experience with Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python for data ingestion
  • Ability to integrate structured and semi-structured data from databases, APIs, and web services
  • Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities
