Lead Market Data Engineer — Architect & Mentor Pipelines

EC1 Partners is seeking a lead data engineer to own the design and delivery of market data pipelines supporting trading, analytics, and downstream systems. You will mix hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a complex capital markets environment.

You will architect and build ingestion pipelines, lead development across core data components, mentor other engineers, and partner with trading and analytics teams to ensure data reliability and performance.
