Lead Mechanical Engineer – Energy & Industrial Systems

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Mechanical Team Lead in Midland, TX, on a hybrid schedule requiring in-office work 3 days per week. You will oversee a team of engineers and designers, coordinate detailed design phases for mechanical systems, and tackle challenging plant projects in power, oil & gas, and CO2/CCUS facilities.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license with 5+ years in mechanical design for heavy industrial plants, and have strong skills in BOMs, specs, and vendor coordination.
