As Lead Mission Software Engineer on the Connected Warfare team, you architect and integrate third-party systems with Anduril products to deliver mission-critical capabilities. You own end-to-end delivery, solving complex technical challenges with pragmatic tradeoffs. You work closely with customers to ensure seamless operation in varied environments, driving scalable and high-quality software. This role anchors technical excellence while supporting fast, impact-driven outcomes that advance national security objectives.

- Iterate on data mesh technology for degraded networks
- Develop connectors and APIs for legacy and modern systems to integrate with Lattice
- Deploy software to non-standard environments
- Create data flow pipelines across disparate networks and security domains
- Strong engineering background in CS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
- 6+ years programming experience (Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript, etc.)
- 2+ years as a technical lead or people manager of software engineers
- Experience building data-intensive software solutions
- Ability to understand complex systems and codebases
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- Eligible for SC Clearance
