Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of native iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Define and implement mobile architecture best practices, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering technical excellence and code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app features and user experience.
• Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to App Store/Google Play release.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Implement and manage mobile CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proven experience leading mobile development teams and projects.
• Expertise in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin, Java).
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a strong asset.
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC, VIPER).
• Familiarity with mobile backend integration, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of the app store submission process (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
