An exciting opportunity for a Lead Mobile Engineer to provide M&E maintenance to commercial buildings across the King's Cross area.

Lead Mobile Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.
  • Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
  • Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.
  • Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.
  • Supporting the wider building services team as required.

Lead Mobile Engineer Requirements:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in building services maintenance.
  • Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks.
  • Professional, personable, and career-driven.

Lead Mobile Engineer Salary & Benefits:

  • £50,000
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00
  • 25 days holiday
