Lead Narrative Systems Engineer - Unreal Engine 5

2K in Burnaby is seeking a Principal Software Engineer, Narrative Systems to own cinematic, narrative, and storytelling tech for our Unreal Engine 5 games. You will lead engine-level work and collaborate with Design, Animation, Audio, and Production to shape emotionally resonant moments.

You will define architecture for narrative systems, mentor engineers, and drive production-ready tooling from concept through ship, ensuring quality and performance for a large-scale project.
