Lead Network Engineer & SRE Automation Architect

Arcus Search is recruiting a Network Team Lead for London to steer a global, high‑performance network. The role blends hands‑on networking with SRE, automation and observability to support large‑scale research and compute environments.

You will lead a highly technical network function, partner with engineering, and own infrastructure evolution through IaC and tooling, rather than pursuing a pure managerial path.
