Lead Operational Risk Manager

Leading complex analytical and risk oversight initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Operational Risk Manager will work remotely to support regulatory priorities, evaluate business practices, and oversee AI-related model validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and develop management reports for risk leaders Assess significant business processes and provide consultation on risk management and compliance matters Lead independent reviews of models and analytical tools, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and responsible AI practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or related field At least 7 years of relevant experience in risk management, fraud, model oversight, or data analytics Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or regulated financial services Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business insights Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with AI tools in everyday work
