Lead Performance Quality Engineer

Lead non-functional quality engineering through performance testing, resilience validation, and scalable engineering plans aligned with business and delivery needs.

This senior technical contributor leads enterprise-scale non-functional testing initiatives and performance SDET work. You will design validation approaches for performance, resilience, availability, and scalability objectives. The work includes quality metrics, CI/CD quality gates, representative datasets, observability, and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate quality strategy into executable engineering plans
• Design data-driven performance and resilience validation approaches
• Implement quality metrics, KPIs, and CI/CD feedback loops
• Develop performance and resilience testing datasets
• Validate non-functional requirements during release-readiness reviews

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software, performance, reliability, or quality engineering
• Enterprise-scale non-functional testing leadership experience
• Expertise in workload modelling, capacity planning, and scalability testing
• Framework development experience with k6, Gatling, JMeter, or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java
