As Lead Platform Architect, you will be the architectural authority for the Airline Operations Platform, guiding its evolution to a unified, scalable system that supports flight operations, crew management, and engineering. You will align platform goals with enterprise strategy, govern complex integrations, and drive multi-mission reuse to reduce duplication. You’ll lead architecture reviews, set API-first standards, and champion real-time data and resilience across teams. • Own Platform Integrity: define target architecture and roadmap for a shared enterprise asset
• Enforce Reuse: design platform capabilities for multi-Mission reuse to eliminate duplicates
• Set the Standards: establish service contracts, API-first rules, and default integration patterns
• Manage Change: govern platform evolution to minimize unmanaged dependencies and friction
