As Lead Platform Architect, you will be the architectural authority for the Airline Operations Platform, guiding its evolution to a unified, scalable system that supports flight operations, crew management, and engineering. You will align platform goals with enterprise strategy, govern complex integrations, and drive multi-mission reuse to reduce duplication. You’ll lead architecture reviews, set API-first standards, and champion real-time data and resilience across teams. This role offers impact at the core of how we run aviation operations and deliver reliable, high-value services.

- Control Deviations: review and control deviations from platform standards
- Architect Core Layers: design identity, operational data, orchestration, and event streaming
- Drive Real-Time Data: champion event-driven architecture and shared data services
- Scale Smart Tech: define reusable AI, automation capabilities, and telemetry workflows
- Follow Industry Standards: ensure platform alignment with aviation standards (e.g., IATA)
- Secure by Design: embed identity, authentication, federation, and data privacy
- Mitigate Risk: identify architectural risks to protect real-time flight operations
- Cultivate Talent: mentor architects and engineers on platform-first design principles
