Lead Power Platform Consultant

In this Lead Power Platform Consultant role, you drive the technical direction of a Power Platform practice within a fast-growing Microsoft Partner focused on AI-enabled transformation for enterprise clients. You will set architecture standards, lead a delivery team, and advise key clients, including financial services accounts, on complex decisions. You’ll shape solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, aligning them with governance and ALM practices. This is a senior, client-facing position with remote-first work and travel to London as needed, offering a meaningful impact on scalable, enterprise-grade AI enablement.

• Define and maintain technical strategy and architecture standards for the Power Platform practice across engagements
• Act as senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients on complex delivery decisions
• Design and architect the most complex Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Line-manage and mentor Power Platform Consultants and Developers; drive career progression and delivery quality
• Govern integration strategy between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems via APIs and connectors
• Drive adoption of Copilot Studio and AI-powered workflows across client engagements
• Oversee delivery governance, ALM strategy, environment management and deployment standards
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution scoping, technical proposals, and client pitches
• Represent the practice in internal leadership discussions, contributing to hiring and AI enablement roadmap
• Own and evolve internal accelerators, reusable components, and best-practice frameworks across the practice

• Extensive leadership experience across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate and Power BI in a consultancy or Microsoft Partner setting
• Proven experience leading or managing a team of Power Platform professionals
• Deep expertise in Dataverse, data modelling, and enterprise governance and security for Power Platform
• Strong experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure and external systems via REST APIs and custom connectors
• Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder and ability to set direction for their use
• Strong ALM knowledge including solution management, environment strategy and deployment pipelines at governance level
• Financial services experience is beneficial
• Comfort with senior client relationships, pre-sales, and escalation management across multiple projects
• Willingness to travel to London as required; remote-first work style
