Lead Power Platform architecture and business engagement for Manulife, working fully remotely across Canada or the United States.

As a Lead Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Solutions Engineer, guide adoption using Microsoft best practices and security standards. Engage Segment teams to define and design AI agents with Copilot Studio. Support architects and developers across business projects and enterprise technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train global teams in Power Platform development and security practices
  • Guide architecture design through on-demand business project engagements
  • Review designs, objectives, and technologies against Power Platform principles
  • Create repeatable integration and configuration patterns with architects
  • Support compliant Power Platform services within the enterprise team

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of cloud development experience
  • Five years developing Power Platform or Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Five years as solutions architect or lead engineer
  • Two years using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Platform CLI
  • Expert knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
