Overview

As Lead Product Analyst in Wise’s Business Squad, you will turn data into strategic direction for the Business Account Management team, focusing on Multi-User Access. You’ll shape adoption and depth of features for larger customers, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive measurable product outcomes. You’ll build dashboards, run experiments, and own data pipelines to enable fast, high-quality decisions. This role offers impact in scaling Wise’s business account capabilities while working in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Derive actionable insights to guide team strategy and product decisions
  • Set goals and KPIs, and tell compelling data-driven narratives
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and advocate for better alternatives
  • Ensure fast, high-quality decision making with robust analysis and A/B testing
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to enable data self-serve
  • Own complex cross-team projects from tactical to strategic (fraud, pricing models)
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills
  • Expertise in SQL for transforming large datasets
  • Experience building automated data pipelines with DBT/Airflow
  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Bias to action and ability to triage requests by impact
