Lead Product Manager - End User Compute

In this role you will lead the End User Compute portfolio to improve the colleague computing experience, spanning endpoint platforms, OS delivery, virtual desktops, and workplace services. You will set vision and strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive delivery from discovery to operations, delivering secure and accessible solutions for colleagues, members, and customers. You will influence strategic decisions, develop talent, and shape a broad product agenda across EUC domains. This is a high-impact opportunity to transform how Co-op’s people work and collaborate.

• Steer the EUC product portfolio, balancing experience, reliability, security, accessibility and efficiency
• Own lifecycle and health of EUC products with feedback, risk, and operational data informing priorities
• Define clear vision, strategy and roadmap for end-user compute
• Collaborate with hardware, service, cyber security and support to deliver a cohesive colleague experience
• Leverage customer insights and data to identify opportunities and prioritise improvements
• Manage a well-prioritised backlog and focus teams on high-value work
• Measure product performance and use insights to guide investments
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design and business teams
• Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers

• Significant product management experience with defining strategies and leading complex products or initiatives
• Experience with end-user computing products or services (endpoint management, OS delivery, virtual desktop, or specialist tech)
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and modern app management
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and seniority
• Experience coaching and developing a team
• Experience using customer insights and data to inform decisions
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable outcomes and roadmaps
• Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Understanding of agile ways of working and cross-functional teams
