Lead Product Owner - Salesforce & CRM Platforms

IAG Cargo is seeking a Product Owner who reports to the Heads of Technology to own end-to-end technology products, including Salesforce-based platforms across Sales, Customer Service and Commercial operations.

You will manage the product backlog, collaborate with business units and vendors, and ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements and fixes. Strong knowledge of CRM processes and agile delivery is essential.
