Fundment Limited is seeking a Lead Python Developer in London to lead a pod of 3-4 engineers, spending ~50% on hands-on coding and ~50% on technical leadership. You’ll drive execution, ensure quality, and deliver reliable systems aligned with business needs.

You will collaborate with product managers to ensure feasible scope and accurate estimation, while maintaining alignment across the pod and delivering high standards within a hybrid model.
