Overview

As a Lead Python Engineer and founding team member, you will own the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications. You’ll work across the full SDLC, from architecture and backend services to frontend, CI/CD, and deployment on Azure. You will shape technical direction and engineering practices to support rapid growth and impact across regulated industries. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders in a hands-on, autonomous environment, building AI-powered products that solve real-world problems. This role offers direct influence on product decisions, architecture, and culture with a strong mission to transform compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications
