Lead Python Engineer – Build Scalable Backends

Fundment is seeking a Lead Python Developer to guide a pod of 3-4 engineers, combining hands-on coding (about 50%) with strong technical leadership to deliver reliable systems that meet business needs.

You will collaborate with product managers to review PRDs, produce accurate estimations, prioritise effectively, and ensure the team stays aligned and high-performing. Expect ownership of sprint planning and architecture, with mentoring and a focus on production readiness.
