Lead Respiratory Therapist, Pulmonary Program

Sweetwater Care in West Newton, MA is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our new pulmonary program. You will provide respiratory care per physician orders, collaborate with nursing and infection prevention, and help establish patient-centered goals for improving lung health.

The ideal candidate holds MA licensure, an active RRT credential, ACLS/BLS, and a passion for servant leadership. You will supervise shift operations, ensure equipment safety, and contribute to reducing
