Lead RN Supervisor — Resident Care & Compliance

The Sands at South Beach Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee nursing personnel and daily operations during a shift, ensuring quality resident care and compliance with regulations. You will assess residents on admission, conduct rounds, supervise direct care, and coordinate physician orders.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will lead staff performance, participate in QAPI and quality improvement activities, and help maintain a safe environment.
