Lead Ruby Engineer

In this role you will help scale a cutting-edge business intelligence product that empowers brands with fast market insights. You will join a collaborative, innovative engineering team and shape a data-driven platform used by large enterprise clients. You will work on end-to-end data pipelines and live systems, driving performance and reliability as user numbers grow. • Scale systems to handle increasing data streams
• Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers on next-gen research and data analysis tools
• Utilise Ruby and JavaScript daily, integrating with data pipelines for Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ML training loops, and data operations workflows

• 7+ years of experience with Ruby and Rails
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and PostgreSQL
• Proficient in writing tested code (unit and acceptance tests)
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
