Lead Salesforce Developer

In this role you will own and evolve the Salesforce platform as the architectural backbone supporting sales, finance, operations and support teams. You will shape the technical roadmap, set standards, and lead governance while hands-on developing where needed. Working with stakeholders, you will deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions that enable business growth. You will mentor the team and explore innovative Salesforce capabilities to sustain a rapidly growing organization. • Own the Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, and technical roadmap
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, automation, and custom apps
• Lead all technical aspects: configuration, development, integrations, security, governance, data architecture
• Serve as primary technical authority for Salesforce projects
• Design and oversee integrations with internal systems, middleware, and AppExchange products
• Provide hands-on development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java as needed
• Establish best practices for architecture, development, testing, deployment, and security
• Drive business-process optimization via Salesforce capabilities and automation
• Lead data migration, data quality improvements, and master data management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Review designs and code for architectural alignment
• Mentor Salesforce Developers and Administrators
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and opportunities for improvement
• Support scalable, resilient Salesforce platform aligned with business objectives

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Salesforce Architect certification or clear path toward Architect-level accreditation
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, governor limits, and best practices
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce automation tools
• Experience designing complex integrations using REST, SOAP, platform events, middleware
• Expertise in Salesforce data architecture, governance, migration, and quality management
• Experience delivering scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds
• Strong security architecture understanding and compliance considerations
• Experience leading technical design sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Practical DevOps experience: CI/CD, version control, testing, deployments
• Strong relational database and enterprise app architecture knowledge
• Track record of delivering complex Salesforce transformation or integration projects
