Lead Secure Systems Engineer for Defence Tech and Strategy

QinetiQ is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership across a portfolio of highly secure Defence and National Security programmes, shaping and delivering capabilities that support critical missions.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate complex projects, manage technical risk, and ensure solutions meet demanding operational and security requirements. This role is based at our Malvern site and requires willingness to undergo DV clearance.
