Overview

As Lead Service Analyst for networks, you will drive data-driven insights to monitor and improve network service health across the Co-op. You’ll collaborate with Service Managers, engineers, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure stable, resilient network services and informed decision-making. The role combines analytics, service management and supplier governance to optimize performance and costs. You’ll contribute to a purpose-driven, inclusive Tech team and enjoy hybrid working in Manchester.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze network service performance data to spot trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Support incident, problem and change management with insightful evidence for decision-making
  • Create and maintain service reporting, dashboards and performance insights for reviews
  • Collaborate with Service Managers, technical teams and suppliers to boost performance
  • Monitor supplier performance against contracts and report on outcomes
  • Assist with operational readiness and service transition for new services and changes
  • Ensure suppliers maintain accurate service records and knowledge assets
Key requirements
  • Experience in IT Service Management, including service delivery via third-party telecoms
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switching, routing, firewalling)
  • Experience analyzing data to improve service performance and outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear insights
  • Experience producing reports or dashboards for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Co-Pilot for tracking and reporting
