• Understand business drivers and translate them into software solutions
• Design, architecture, and development of applications spanning the Research Process
• Work on distributed, API-driven systems processing massive data with high transaction volumes
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality software
• Partner with product launch and DevOps to resolve operational issues
• Deliver products that meet specs, are defect-free, and performant
• Mentor other developers

• 5+ years of .NET development (C#) with cross-platform communication like Web API
• 3+ years with SQL Server, SQL queries, data cleansing/enrichment, and ETL/data pipelines
• Proven track record launching products leveraging terabytes of data
• Ability to analyze requirements and design architectures, data models, and ETL strategies
• Database design expertise, T-SQL programming, performance tuning, index analysis
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based relational and non-relational databases
• Facilitate team discussions and introduce innovative technologies
• Experience with .NET Core, Python, Jupyter, Notebook, AWS and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Databricks and Lakehouse architecture
