The Lead Developer provides technical expertise for complex application design, development, and implementation. You will gather requirements, construct application code, manage data models, and extend systems across Nuclear at McMaster. The work includes project coordination, integration, testing, release management, and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct complex application code integrating University systems
• Design facility access workflows and supporting databases
• Manage integration, release, testing, and production migrations
• Coordinate projects, milestones, resources, and deliverables
• Supervise and mentor one to four employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Working knowledge of application technical infrastructure
• Experience with complex data models and databases
• Ability to write complex programs and debug code
• Ability to complete required security screenings and clearances
