Lead Software Development Manager - Fintech Retail, Hybrid

Trust Payments is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the Retail Team. You will own the development strategy, drive on-time delivery, and work with delivery managers to refine, develop, test and deliver projects. Initially onsite for 3 months, then hybrid work may be offered.

You will manage senior developers, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to presales activities while ensuring security and data protection best practices are followed throughout the SDLC.
