Overview

In this role you will configure the front end of the application using low-code/no-code approaches with JSON and Python as core skills. You will lead client workshops, estimate configuration work, and document requirements to support delivery. You will work with Ignition’s front-end, test changes, and troubleshoot across test and production environments to ensure smooth releases. The role combines hands-on configuration, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business needs and drive successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client technical workshops on configuration
  • Provide configuration estimates to support delivery planning
  • Document configuration requirements
  • Write technical configuration stories to meet requirements
  • Configure the platform using Ignition’s front-end, JSON, HTML and Python
  • Test configuration changes using Postman
  • Troubleshoot defects in test and production environments
  • Support client releases including release notes
  • Provide daily status updates and escalate risks and issues
  • Lead resolution of production support tickets
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in client facing technical roles with hands-on platform configuration
  • Experience with JSON, HTML and Python
  • Experience troubleshooting across all layers of a stack on AWS infrastructure
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
