Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization and we are currently recruiting for a contract role for one of our premier client in Canada for Lead Developer - Guidewire PC/BC.

Lead Developer - Guidewire PC/BC

Location :Toronto, ON, 3 days hybrid onsite per week

Duration : 12+ Month contract

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Guidewire configuration and/or integration
• ACE Certification in PolicyCenter or BillingCenter (Configuration or Integration)
• Proven experience in solution design and architecture
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams or technical workstreams
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Solid experience working with REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
