Overview

In this role you configure the front end of our platform using low-code/no-code approaches, with JSON and Python as core skills. You lead client technical workshops, document configuration requirements, and write configuration stories to meet business needs. You’ll use Ignition’s front-end and test changes with Postman, while troubleshooting across test and production. You will support releases, track status, and help resolve production tickets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client technical workshops focused on configuration
  • Provide configuration estimates for delivery planning
  • Document configuration requirements to meet business needs
  • Create technical configuration stories and configure the platform using Ignition front-end, JSON, HTML, and Python
  • Test configuration changes using Postman and troubleshoot defects in test/production
  • Support client releases, including release notes
  • Provide daily status updates and escalate risks/issues
  • Lead resolution of production support tickets
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in client-facing technical roles
  • Hands-on configuration experience on platforms
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with JSON, HTML, and Python
  • Technical troubleshooting across all layers of an AWS-based stack
  • Excellent communication across clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and perform in high-pressure environments
