Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver high-impact projects from concept to delivery
  • Shape architecture and align technical direction with business strategy
  • Mentor engineers across teams and promote collaboration
  • Champion AI tooling and automation initiatives
  • Remove blockers, track performance, and ensure accountability
  • Align with Product, QA, and Tech Leads on strategy and execution
  • Uphold coding standards and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks and address challenges proactively
  • Stay hands-on in development while guiding engineers at a technical level
  • Communicate clearly across remote, hybrid, and in-person settings
  • Ensure alignment of technical direction with product and design decisions
Key requirements
  • Proven experience managing and developing software engineers
  • Extensive commercial experience with C#/.Net/.Net Core/React
  • Experience with RESTful API design and Azure cloud development
  • Proficient in SQL and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Strong background in modern software development practices and scalable system architecture
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects with Product, QA, and stakeholders
