In this Lead Software Engineer role, you guide the design and development of software using C#, ensuring best practices in testing and maintenance. You will shape architecture, optimize performance, and drive collaboration across the team while staying current with evolving technologies. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership in designing and developing software applications using C#
  • Ensure coding, testing, and maintenance follow best practices
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document complex applications and systems
  • Optimize and refactor code for performance and maintainability
  • Collaborate to integrate systems and solutions
  • Stay updated with latest developments in C# and related technologies
Key requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of C#
  • Experience with TDD, BDD, DDD
  • Ability to discuss architectural patterns and trade-offs
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL DBMS
  • Proficiency with a modern source control system (e.g., GitHub)
  • Experience with a cloud platform (Azure/AWS)
  • Desirable: Event Sourcing
