Lead Software Engineer

As Lead Software Engineer, you will shape architecture and technical direction in a hands-on role within a high-calibre engineering team. You will build and evolve software powered by agentic AI workflow engines, tackling complex engineering challenges at scale. You collaborate closely with product and leadership to deliver robust, high-quality software while maintaining a strong engineering-first culture. • 7+ years of commercial software development experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend
• Experience designing scalable systems with strong architectural expertise
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI workflow engines or AI-powered software
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Preference for technical leadership focused on excellence rather than people management
• Bonus: experience with AI-native features or LLM-powered applications; prior scale-up/venture-backed environment
