Lead Software Engineer

In this role you coordinate testing activities with global engineering and client teams, align test approaches with client leads, and shape client-specific test plans. You will monitor progress, configure automation to support regression testing, and perform manual testing as needed. You contribute to continuous improvement and work to ensure tests align with client release schedules and feature delivery.

• Coordinate planning and execution of test activities with global engineering teams, local delivery teams and client teams
• Collaborate with the QA Lead to implement QA best practices
• Engage with client test leads to align test strategies
• Design client-specific test plans aligned to client release schedules
• Monitor and report test progress and defect status
• Configure automated tools to support automated regression testing
• Perform manual tests to supplement automated testing
• Contribute ideas to continuous improvement
• Liaise with global testing teams to ensure tests accompany new features for client implementations

• 5+ years in testing and test management
• Experience with Cypress, Postman and JIRA
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Advantage: testing certification
• Experience with continuous delivery practices
• Experience in financial services or advisory technology is desirable
