Lead Software Engineer - Angular & PHP | Hybrid UK

Experis is recruiting a Lead Software Engineer for a global software business, working across three products within its portfolio. You’ll combine hands on engineering with leading a small team, helping shape technical decisions, improve software quality and deliver features.

Around 60 to 70% of your time will focus on technical work, with the remainder covering team leadership, reviews and removing blockers. Strong testing and AI tooling will be central to the role.
