Responsibilities- Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others’ code
- Identifies opportunities to automate remediation and improve operational stability
- Leads adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices (code review, test strategy, incident analysis)
- Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted automation to enhance value delivery
- Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and applicability
- Leads communities of practice to promote new technologies and practices
- Contributes to team culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect
- Hands-on software development experience
- Ability to leverage AI as a code assistant
- Advanced knowledge/experience with C#/.Net
- Advanced knowledge of multi-threaded applications
- Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools (coding, review, test acceleration, troubleshooting)
- Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows (data sensitivity, secure handling, resiliency, security)
- Advanced proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript and testing frameworks
- Understanding of agile methods (CI/CD, application resiliency, security)
- In-depth knowledge of markets and trading IT systems
- Practical cloud-native experience
