Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end software development across the lifecycle for portfolio construction and quant research platform.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders daily to align on goals and progress.
- Lead design and architecture decisions to enable scalable, robust systems.
- Communicate progress and blockers to the team and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Foster an innovative, experiment-driven culture and continuous improvement.
- Work in a collaborative, diverse environment that encourages creative solutions for customers worldwide.
- BS or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Science Discipline
- Excellent software development skill in Python (and ability to learn new technologies quickly)
- Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
